The Speed Academy is a 12-month program that is dynamic in the fact that you can specialize it for yourself. it has a full year of plyometric AND strength training, while JustSprint was a bodyweight-only 4-month speed program.
It’s not necessary, but having a training partner can definitely help motivate and push you to work harder and hit higher peak speeds. Competition is amazing for your athleticism. However, our program is designed so that you can do the workouts on your own and still see great results. We also offer a supportive online community where you can connect with other members and share your progress and experiences.
I recommend access to barbells, dumbbells, and your standard weight room equipment. If you do not have the ability to access a weight room, you can still do most of the work with almost nothing but some open space.
